https://therookiewire.usatoday.com/2021 ... -contract/
Players this season signed to two-way contracts are eligible to spend no more than 50 games in the NBA. They will earn a flat salary equal to 50% of the minimum salary applicable to a player with zero years of service.
He is making $462.5k per this site: https://www.spotrac.com/nba/cba/minimum/
Not bad at all.

Time to Win
Re: NOLA DUO GONE!!!!!
He's back with Houston. Let's see if he gets some PT this time around.
The Rockets Wire
@TheRocketsWire
With COVID-19 issues taking their toll on the roster, the Rockets signed former University of Houston star DeJon Jarreau on Tuesday to a temporary hardship contract.
Re: NOLA DUO GONE!!!!!
A temporary hardship ‘contract’? how does that work in college sports?
Is he getting paid? Does he take short courses to be considered a student-athlete?

It doesn't. He signed with the Rockets, not the University of Houston (although it wouldn't surprise me if the UH coach had players on the payroll).

^^^^ I'll take the blame on this one, although it ended up being kind of funny. I should not have said "back".
Re: NOLA DUO GONE!!!!!
The current Sports Illustrated has a story about guys with the shortest NBA careers - one minute or less. They are called "Minutemen." The record is a guy that played 3.9 seconds in 2010.
In a paragraph about G League call ups during covid there is this: "Guard DeJon Jarreau logged one minute with the Pacers on Oct. 29." it appears that Deeky is once again a Minuteman.
