Maybe someday he ends up here, but whether or not he does, you gotta wish the guy success. Well spoken, great perspective, and seems like just a solid, solid guy in general.

It's not crazy that he might be a target for us if this season doesn't go gangbusters for McCall.

Yeah, you'd like to have a guy with at least a few years of head coaching experience before he hits the A-10 level, but Kellogg had zero and McCall only had two. Killings' experience so far is solid, and if he has a really good year in Albany, it's not out of the realm of possibilities for him to start to get offers to move up.

Albany was picked 7th out of the 10 in the America East this season.

Albany took on Kentucky last night. It went as you'd expect.

A couple of pre-game articles about Killings taking on his old mentors, Cal and Bruiser

^ So much for the "Golden Boy" that so many people wanted. I'm a bit surprised as I had never heard a derogatory thing about Killings until this.

Well, I hope he learns from it and finds his way back to coaching. I don't think Bam would allow FM to hire him, given that Frank already has a reputation for being tough on students.

He had just signed Marcus Jackson, whom MM had offered.

Why are we running with something from a nameless Twitter account that just joined the platform last month?

Let me know when ANY credible source comes along.

I was about to say the same thing Mike. We don't even know what happened. Let's see what ends up being reported on this situation.

Jeff Goodman
@GoodmanHoops
There has been an ongoing investigation into an incident involving Albany head coach Dwayne Killings and a player back in November, source told
