I liked Flowers ALOT.
It wasn't easy for him getting to ANY college level. I'm really glad that he had a good game. I wished he was able to stay at UMass, it didn't work out but I wish him all the best going forward.
What do you mean by that?
I also liked him BTW... I wish he had stayed here as well.

We won by 1 today but DK and LIU Brooklyn ended up losing by 1 today.
Tyrn Flowers killed it though - 27 points and 11 rebounds.

Probably the only way he took the LIU job was if Flowers came along.

I saw a few minutes of this game, and Tyrn scored a couple of baskets while I was watching. He's definitely put some meat on his bones and he looked like a guy that could dominate in the NEC for a few years.

Maybe he'll transfer to UMass as a grad student.

Looks like he is their 2nd leading scorer at 13.9 per game.
Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades

He plays a lot on the perimeter and usually doesn't rebound that much. Good to see him expanding his game.

Had a nice game today. Good to see he's listening to me the last two games about getting his nose dirty on the boards.

Flowers is leading the nation in RPG with 14.5. Dang. Wish he was still here.

Not me. We needed to clean house. We could use some rebounds, but that will just need to come from others.
