Interesting game with a strong UMass flavor: LIU beat St. Francis NY in a close one 69-66. Flowers 10 pts, 11 rebs, 2 assts, 3 stls, 2 blks. For SF, McLean had 15 pts, 13 rebs, 6 assts, 3 stls, 3 blks. Nice to see them both doing well.

I love Unique. He’s the one guy I miss most. I liked Laurent, too, but there’s probably a reason he’s been at 3 schools.

Yeah, I miss Unique too. Maybe not a great fit here, but the kid was a great rebounder for his size and you were always looking for that crazy dunk when he was on the floor. Glad he's getting his minutes and playing well

Yeah I think both kids are probably playing at the level they belong. Glad they seem to be doing well, more so Unique who seemed like a good dude. Didn’t really hear much about Tyrn but good for him if he’s playing well.

Looks like Curtis Cobb lead all scorers in today’s game.

Saw a couple videos up on Twitter from Kellogg's camp at LIU. Looks like Ty Flowers is still around.

A little odd 'cause Ty said he was going to enter the portal after this past season.

Sounds like he was going to take advantage of the bonus year. Maybe he took his name out of the portal.

His numbers went up nicely at LIU

New season can't get here soon enough.

He's not listed on the VerbalCommits version of the transfer portal. I don't recall if he was on it previously.

Edit: just found this:

Sacred Heart High School alum, Tyrn Flowers has elected to remain at Long Island. Had entered the transfer portal.
