As was mentioned here earlier, Iona is looking. Interesting that an Iona coach reached out to a prep coach to see what he thought of CB...with Ginsburg on staff(and I believe he was the lead in his recruitment to UMass), so either they aren’t sold or they are very thorough. Either way, Baldwin wants to play exactly how Iona plays and he should’ve gone there originally in my opinion.

^ Betting it'll be LIU. Actually, wondering why it's taken him so long to find a spot. Maybe because of the injury? That, and I'm pretty sure he has to sit out a year?

Definitely has to sit out a year if he goes division 1

When does the new rule go into effect? Maybe he’s waiting for a specific date, so he doesn’t have to sit out.

I don't believe there is a new rule that covers Baldwin's situation. They've been kicking around a rule change that would apply when coaches change but I don't think that's been adopted as yet.

NOT betting on that. That would be an absolute shame (and a waste) if that was the case.

Haven't heard anything.. I'm guessing the injury or academics(issues in the past) has something to do with it.

Been awhile since his injury, would hope that it's healed by now. Hope he lands somewhere and enjoys some success, he's got some talent.

I was trying to think of a comparable player to Chris, on and off the court and Tyrell Lynch came to mind. Anyone else remember him? I always thought that if he got his head straight he would be a very good player. Chris lasted 2 years so he beat Lynch by one.

I think Lynch had his head on straight. He just wasn't that into basketball.

Lynch head was never on straight and that was the problem.

I know I somewhat hijacked this thread but it has been so incredibly boring the last few weeks I couldn't help myself. :)
