Apparently this kid (Rivals 4 star #81, ESPN rating = 93, #47 overall) was signed to Loyola Marymount but is asking for his release, I'm assuming because Bayno left. He's also a longtime Memphis recruit and we are on his Rivals short list along with Georgetown, Wake Forest, Maryland, and USF. ESPN mentions he also was invoved with Nova and Duke at one point. Those lists might be outdated - anyone with any more info?

How long do the 2009 players have to decide? Anyone know when the next signing day is?

IS that rivals list updated since the release?
Also, I don't think we have any room for 09 unless something happens, correct?

never stop recruiting! anyway.. how many 3's do we have.. seems like every recruit is a 3.. although i'm sure a few of the guys that say they wanna be 3's are more of a 4.. carter putney for example.

A new thread was started about the same topic, it should be locked up. Anyways, it would be a great get if we were able to. You can never have too much talent!

Suppose we are fortunate enough to sign Terrell, what does that do to our rotation next year. He would obviously be the stud of the recruiting class, followed by Freddie Riley, but it would leave us with 14 players and only 12 scholarships. Also, most of the guys coming in are very similar. Wing players about 6'4'' to 6'8''. Any thoughts? Again this is all hypothetical, it would be great if we could sign him but we do have some tough competition for him.

Some of these players that are suppose to play the three would get minutes at the 4 position. That is my guess.

could mean the end of Matt Glass and gc if that end wasn't already coming. I think matt glass would be decent at an america east or northeast conference school. He has a division 1 level outside shot, but not a division 1 level game. Gc well, nice knowing ya.

I would guess that Matt Hill's injuries might open up a scholarship.
