we are on the fast track to colleges paying athletes directly and the athletes signing contracts of hopefully 3 years minimum. UMass will be one of the schools who will be onboard with paying salaries to players.

^ how will that work with private vs public schools? Wouldn't public schools need state approval for all these contracts? Serious question, how would you structure that?
