SLU is 6-1 in conference play and we are their only loss. Does that surprise you? Stop thinking so black and white. You can’t predict all; especially not in this league.
IV said the outcome was "the most predictable outcome there could have been. That one didn't bother me at all."

I'm not sure I believe that anyone predicted a 28 point loss, and both the point differential and the manner in which they played did bother me.

I said nothing about exact points, not sure where you got that from... getting absolutely drubbed by VCU on their home court was the most predictable outcome there could have been. Having fully expected us to walk right into that buzzsaw, no, it did not bother me.
You didn't say anything about points (which is technically true) but the fact that they lost by 28 is kind of baked into the conversation, no? If losing by 28 to VCU, especially the manner in which they completely fell apart doesn't both you, well I just don't share that sentiment.

Then why the fuck did you respond at all? To try and change the fact that I fully expected us to get fucking throttled in this game? Jesus Christ, I don't give a shit if you share my sentiment or not.

What do you think the purpose/function of a message board is? Completely acceptable for you not to give a shit about my opinion or sentiment, in which case I'd encourage you not to engage with me on here.

To make sure we all agree with your sentiment, obviously. In this case, that's not happening, and I'm sorry that gets your panties in a bunch.

To make sure I get the rest of your post that you added... I don't typically engage you, here or elsewhere. In this case, you engaged me rather than just passing on by.

After a healthy application of W Deodorant, it is nice to see the board calm down a bit.

It will be interesting to see what happens at Mason. They seem fairly evenly matched, but they have sucked on the road in conference.

I do not understand why Dominguez is not starting over BM still; other than because of foul trouble, your starters should log more than 14 minutes. That said the total minutes distribution looks better now.

They have 4 home games left - and 2 of them are unlikely to be a win. All 5 roadies are winnable. I would think a 6-3 finish would be a really solid finish and anything 4-5 or worse would be a disappointment.

I wouldn't call the home game vs Bona "unlikely to be a win", that seems like a toss-up at worst.

^ I'd call SBU a tossup. I'm not sure we can play much worse than we did up there and they are about as erratic as we are. They lost to URI and Loyola and they beat VCU. We are certainly capable of beating Loyola and Davidson so a win over SBU gets us to 3-1 at home.

The road, however, is another story. We haven't won an A10 road game yet. Can we beat GMU, URI and LaSalle on the road? I think yes. We also have a legit chance at Fordham and Duquesne. 3-2 is very possible if we can get over the road woes, and that gets us to 10-8 in conference.

The key game is Wednesday. We'll be underdogs but it's a winnable game and it would give the team some confidence that they can win on the road.

They will almost certainly lose to Dayton, and they always struggle with Davidson. I think they beat SB at home.

Davidson is not that good this year. I think they will beat them with the game being at Mullins.

Oh, you think the Davidson game is unlikely to be a win? Hunh, Davidson kind of sucks right now.
