Have you ever been to Olean. Middle of no where - terrible facilities depressing campus.

I would be very happy with Schmidt. He has run a clean program and been able to do a very commendable job at the outposts of outposts in Olean.

The longer this drags out (with Schmidt still in the tournament, the better chance he will be hired.
