Thought some of these comparisons were crazy. Just to throw a little cold water on the parade, he reminds me a lot of Ajmal Basit. Basit problems were mental but he wasnt an elite athlete to match the hype.

We always overhype recruits just like weve been doing over the last two months. I dont these players would have amounted to much. Just some quick hits, Traynham apparently playes for Livingston College? Tiki wad arrested for dealing coke.. a where are they now thread might be more appropriate.

Funny some are more supportive of any potential overhyped recruit than they are of the players who are actually committed to the program.

Hes a top student too. A lot of intangibles. I dont think his recruit ratings are indicative of his potential ...

I'm not that nervous. I dont think these names will be much better than Buggs and may sow some discontent. Would like to see a 5th year or Juco. But think people are overhyping some of the freshmen point guards in the mix.
