Re: KAEO: Noah Fernandes

We've been fortunate at the PG position for a while now - Chaz, Pimpkins, and now Fernandez... all with the ability to take over a game and all under 6 feet if I'm not mistaken. Next PG will have some big shoes to fill... although Thompson is showing promise for sure. I think that we may have gotten...

KAEO Reggie (RJ) Luis

I can't believe that this kid doesn't have his own thread. After watching him during the Mrytle Beach tourney, I have become a huge fan! Granted, it's just a few games but the kid is gonna be legit! Unlimited/untapped potential at this point. Moves well off ball, quick defensive feet, and always see...

Re: 2022 Season

We just about wasted an entire season playing Campiotti at QB. He’s terrible and Casula needs to be fired as soon as the Army game ends. Absolutely agree with this. Unless there is something going on within the program/QB room that we are not aware of (and there likely is), then Casula needs to be ...

Re: Game Eleven: Texas A&M

Eldon / JL - so then what's the alternative? Shitcan football? I hear and generally agree with your points around improvement and not having wins. But, it is what it is at the moment. There's plenty to not be happy about for sure. Unless your argument is definitively to get rid of the program then y...

Re: future scheduling talk

At this point, let's just hope that "The Problem" still shows up... Although, given the season that he is having and in contrast the season that Casula is having..... it's a toss up at best. The venue and attendance will take care of itself.

Cursive U jerseys
great move with the cursive u.

brutal move with the power u numbers.

the lack of consistency with the brand is embarrassing.
What is a "power u numbers"?

If you truly want to see how far the UMass program has progressed I would strongly encourage you to watch the most recent episode of UMass Sports Insider. It's absolutely amazing to see this program now!

Re: Queen City Honor Flight.

Same from a Ranger / Army vet, 88-91, 92-2013. And Signman, I lived at Ft. Devens for a time in the late 80's when my father was stationed there. It's quite amazing to see the transformation over the years. I've actually jumped (airborne) on the still active training side of Devens and spent many co...

Re: Game Seven: Buffalo

Even just basic pass plays - a swing pass or a pass to the RB in the flat, or simple screen passes - have been completely absent from the play calling. I get it that maybe you don't have a QB with the arm strength or accuracy to go downfield. But even just basic, simple passes would help to keep the...

Re: Mullins Madness 2022 event

(Side note joke from Frank - I have a friend in Mexico. We'll fly Gapare to Mexico, cross the border and get him on the next flight to Martha's Vineyard) Are we allowed to make this joke? Seems like it might offend people especially since it happened so recently. Or, has enough time now passed that...

Re: 2022 Season

you are right!!! I just checked ESPN stats. Imagine if we had an actual QB? Or an OC that knew how to utilize at least one of the QBs currently on the roster? How is it that Brady actually performed better under Walt Bell with the same line but under Casula he's a bench player with essentially the ...

Re: 2022 Game 4: Temple

Casula’s preseason interview about the quarterback room was all I needed to see to conclude we were in trouble. To lead by saying “they’re great kids” is a dead giveaway that it wasn’t good. To give each quarterback equal time was a dead giveaway that we had nobody. And THEN to spend the rest of th...
