UMass really needs to hire a common sense officer.

The hockey program doesn't buy the zambonis. That does not come out of there budget. Nor does the maintence cost for the ice. Hockey has great facilities. The problem is the horrible culture inside the program: players, and now coaches that continue to allow it.
