Re: KAEO: Tre Mitchell

Just read the Gazette article on Tre going to TX. I forgot, he's gonna have 3 yrs of eligibility. Not that he'll use it. Does this mean TJ Weeks has 4 years of eligibility left too? Redshirted year one, and if last years Covid year doesn't toll. So going into 2021-22 he'd be a redshirt freshman? No...

Maybe some one will coach him to play d

I believe it is a private donor paying for it so who knows what the budget is

Considering how much he is posting about it, I’m going to assume Ed has an idea of what the budget for this is.
Is Ed Sign man? And the same sign man who is at Mullins?

Re: Time for a Dr. J Statue?

Great Expectations "The moral theme of Great Expectations is quite simple: affection, loyalty, and conscience are more important than social advancement, wealth, and class." Quite appropriate. However...your Expectations are ... simply, incorrect. I have zero clue what this means but if y...

Re: Time for a Dr. J Statue?

Count me less than thrilled with four statues. The Dr. J statue is a must. He is an iconic figure in the sport of basketball- he changed how the game was played (similar to Bobby Orr's impact). Having three more statues lessens the importance of Dr. J's tribute. UMASS has the Leaman Court already a...

Re: Time for a Dr. J Statue?

Great to see this getting done! Only complaint is this is before basketball season begins and it’s also the 20th anniversary of 9/11. I get it coincides with the hall of fame stuff but maybe there could have been a better date to unveil? Nope. Football plays BC that day and the place will be packed...

Re: 2021-2022 Season

I do believe McCall offense flows better when not having a post dominant big be a focal point of the offense. Malik Hines fit better than Holloway and while tre was great never felt like McCall really wanted to force the ball to him like probably should have

Re: 2021-2022 Season

Just saw this video of DD. Not sure where or when it was taken, but he doesn't look like the DD we saw last year. There are lots of questions to be answered with this years team. I'm hoping that DD and Dibaji can step up and provide some interior scoring and rebounding. In the past they have tended...

Ricky announced his retirement and may be coming back to Amherst as a coach. A kid recently announced and offer and thanked coach Harris and wheeler. Also McCall commented eye emojis on his retirement announcements
