Re: KAEO: John Calipari
Anyone read the CHB article from the weekend? Classic Shank piece, listing his moves if he was in charge of sports for a day. Of course one of his moves would be to remove the Cal statue from Umass. Dude still holds a grudge. I know the writers of newspaper stories don’t select the headlines of the...

Re: 2024-2025 Season
We're 15th in PairWise. A win tomorrow would boost us, but we still have a lot of tough games left on the schedule. I saw a post that said we need to go 7-4 to get into the top 14 based on something like 10,000 simulations. Well, we got 1 yesterday. Of the 10 games we have left, we have 2 against B...

Watson - 3 point miss doesn’t hit the rim and then misses a layup…..a well rounded contributor!

Re: 2024-2025 Season
Couldn’t get out of their own way ; UM sent to puck right in the bench area as they were making a change. It probably wasn’t so much of playing the puck as it was getting hit by the puck….

Re: 2024-2025 Season
^ Carvy said a few days back that Suniev would be out a while, and last night he said that Murray's problem was "minor" and he might play tonight. Murray in the lineup as Extra Skater, but has taken regular shifts. Flipped with Loftus, who took regular shifts last night after Murray was o...

Re: 2024-2025 Season
^ I saw them play Anchorage last year. They actually do use campus names to differentiate between its three primary campuses. Fairbanks is the flagship, but Anchorage has the largest enrollment. Southeast (in Juneau) is the newest and the smallest. My only experience is UM Hockey and the schedules ...

Re: 2024-2025 Season
UM was down a couple of key players last night. Suniev was not in uniform (I remember an injury last Saturday during the Merrimack game) and Murray only played very early in P1 (he remained in uniform on the bench), so we’ll have to see tonight if it’s injury related. Side Note- This UAlaska is a di...

Re: 2024-25 Season
Lead at the half 34 - 23. The Bonnie court is named after Bob Lanier. How many of you remember him? I had a chance to see him play in college in New Haven when I had a cousin who went to Fairfield. I was in elementary school and during the Fairfield Freshman game, saw that Bob was sitting down near...
