I would imagine the same...it's always tough to "adjust" to someone new after the previous one leaves from doing it for quite some time, but as long as they are good and respectable enough, then eventually things come together.

Indeed. It was always nice hearing him, but also having the chances to work and help him through things over the years. You always learn something different when working with people, and I definitely took a few things away with me when I was around him.
