Unfortunately ...
That's assuming, of course, that Okafor and Gordon stay in school another year. Gordon probably will stay. Okafor's an academic All-American, but if he's a Top 10 pick, he might very well bolt.

Taken to the matt
We took UConn to school last year in the first half and I don't believe that Lasme was starting. We've played them tough every year since the series restarted after Cal left and this upcoming year should be no exception. We are due for a win/upset against them and this season should do it.
Save your breath... you'll need it to blow up your date

Sue Bird vs. Diana Taurasi
Bird was better, and cuter. Other than second, who gives a rip?

Nostalgia?
How can it be bad news when the schedule lines up with top rated teams in the opponents section? Wasn't that the cornerstone of Calipari's regime? He believed that if the Minutemen played the best (the old anyone, anywhere, anytime theme), our guys would become better, be seen on regional and national TV, and the school would get better promotion thus making recruiting easier. Let's see some more of the ranked teams on our schedule. At the very worst, it improves our RPI.
