A game from the Lappas Era- UMass vs BC 2000-2001. Lappas was 4-1 going into this game before the wheels fell off. A suck-ass time for UMass basketball but some great players on that team: Shannon Crooks, Kit Rhymer, Micah Brand and Anthony Anderson coming off his A10 Rookie of the Year freshman season

Some great memories from that BC game during my junior year. We got a group of 30 tickets and were up in the corner behind the Umass bench. We were going crazy during that 2nd half. Conte security hated us. We went on to wreck some havoc on the BC campus that night during a snowstorm.

Anyone have a copy of the home game vs BC the following year? We led an attack at Troy Bell to the point that Lappas had to get on the PA to avoid Umass getting a tech.

My mom was doing some cleaning.. found 2 of my CalZone tshirts from Umass vs West Virginia.. 1st game at Mullins

Today I watched my first old game video of our Groundhog Days - our Elite 8 win over Georgetown, which I attended. I remember a Goergia high school coach sitting behind me keep telling me to relax, that it was over, with more than ten minutes to play.

Once again, Allen Iverson was terrible in the second half and Victor Page never scored a point.

A surprise highlight today was watching the end, with Ross, Giddel, Rigo, Andy and Ted on the floor, and Ross and Giddel scoring.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

Not a UMass video, but game 7, 1981 eastern conference finals , Celtics /Sixers on CSN now. What a game, teams were loaded

Just watched the UMass Miami O game from 2014. Fun team to watch with Chaz et al. Ranked 23 at the time. I put the speed YouTube speed up to 1.25 to make the game go quicker but not too quick to get dizzy. Thanks to ScottieB.
