Isn't there another mini Weeks too that we could get a few years down the line? What a talented family

What's level of competition Tyriek is playing against? I mean, 2 zillion points and a zillion rebounds is impressive, but against whom?

Public high schools in RI, or in other words, not the best.

It's the primary reason it would be in Tyriek's best interest to at the very least transfer to prep school in the NEPSAC and IMO also reclassify. It would increase his recruiting exposure and allow him to hone his skills against significantly better competition.

For those thinking ahead to the potential to see Tyriek come to UMass, coming in 2022 might be a better fit on the roster than coming in 2021 as well.

He should go to nepsac play the season and decide to reclassify based on how the season goes. If he wants to play at Umass I would think the staff may be able to let him know they think it’s best to reclass or that he is ready now

He should go the Prep route just to play against better comp... If the staff thinks he can play at this level or higher do we really want him to reclassify to "increase recruiting exposure"?

When I say that I'm thinking about the player and all his opportunities, not just his potential opportunity with UMass. Kids reclassify to help expand all their options and increase their competition level for an extended period of time.

You are really commited to this reclass plan. Zero reason to reclassify until the end of your senior season especially if you play prep ball your senior year

It's up to him however he wants to approach it. Plenty of players reclassify ahead of their final season, we'll see what he ends up deciding to do with his family.

we just offered 6'6 wing Sean Durugordon...don't know anything about him but the list of schools that have already offered is very underwhelming to say the least

From what I've heard the kid could be really good.

Here's one of many videos available. He plays in a lower level NEPSAC division (Class B) but it's still NEPSAC. 43.8% from 3 is good, no matter the level of competition.

One thing that has to happen at our level is to find diamonds in the rough that develop into great players. Maybe he'll be one.

^ My bad. I looked for it but obviously didn't see it. At some point Mike will consolidate them.
