And maybe McCall gets these guys to play all out (or stick with the few who will) for the rest of the game as Dayton takes their foot off the gas pedal.

Gotta love the energy UMass is showing despite losing big. When Dibaji hit those two jumpers the guys on the bench were up and cheering!
Not an ounce of quit in these guys.
I love this team!

Tre Mitchell really impresses me. Getting smoked on the road and he's battling for everything still. You can see he has a ton of pride and no quit in him. This kid is really going to elevate this program.

I love teams that don’t get blown out in the first five minutes of a game.

Pretty much what I expected. Facing the 15th ranked team, favorite for A10 player of the year (and maybe national), and in their sold out gym, never had a chance. Move on and see what we can do against a good St Bonaventure team in Rochester, not Olean.

Dayton is really good. We were really bad.
Not the best start to A-10 play for East — 20 turnovers in 3 games. Hopefully he gets stronger with the ball...and on defense. As he goes so goes the team. Well at least it seems that way.

I guess applause for not quitting in a blowout. Looks like we played ok in the 2H after they lost their best player to an ankle injury. Crutcher would look great in a UMass uniform, too bad MM couldn’t get him over. On to the next one.

Too bad McCall didn't try

The #8 team in the country just got ripped by 29, so things are not that bad.

We got beat by a more experienced team so why keep griping about it. In 2 years we will do the same to them.

Not the least bit true. This was covered extensively in the Dayton newspaper. Crutcher said McCall called him told him he was leaving for UMass and goodbye.
