There is a real good chance they are smarter than our guys too - I mean they are from Yale and all.....

I don't get the appeal of a guy who averaged 4.7 points , 1.5 rebounds on a 10-21 team. You understand that he played for Cleveland State and not the Cleveland Cavaliers?

The Yale guard #2 Monroe - I looked at him and all I thought was 4.0 (and not his average points per game)

I’m so happy you guys still love East. I don’t get to see much of his games down here In Indiana have been really busy with work and Divorce. sounds like he had a good game against Yale. Sorry for loss. But I’m sure he is a 3-4 year player. He knows the game. And sees stuff two seconds before they happen or did in High school and the kid can score when needed. Looking at stats looks like he had a few bad games with turn overs The game is faster than high school and probably faster than prep school. He is still only a freshman. He is a hard worker and will only get better.

Don't forget the occasional weave.
I didn't understand the purpose of the weave last season. It never appeared to set up a back-door play, or any play in particular. It just seemed to take time off the shot clock. It's not like we're playing the Washington Generals and they are following us all around the court and we are tiring the defense out. The defense just needs to stand there and rest while watching for an actual play.

I thought he was the one guy who wanted to take over at crunch time. Unfortunately, he couldn't convert.

Work and divorce definitely keep you busy.

One thing about this game, they did tweak the press and as a result gave up a lot fewer easy buckets.
