I mean, we know Stevie Mazz is a bit... out there.... but I don't think he is advocating LU. Stating what you think they might become is not advocating for or against them.

I want no part of Liberty. Last year I watched the Home Coming game with my friend who is a gay UMass alum. Pretty shitty way to be welcomed back to campus IMO. Finish the contract with them wearing rainbow pride jerseys every time. Then never play them again.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

That's fine and dandy, but that's a lot different than claiming someone is advocating for the school.

IMHO, Liberty University should be shunned by UMASS and many other schools.

Not really advocating for Liberty just stating one possible conclusion in that it could very well be the place religious great athletes go to play.

As far as conference realignment there is definitely going to be a shakeup in the 20s. The NCAA as we know it, will be no more. At least 24-32 schools will be forming their own situation, but will continue to associate with second tier P5s and some AAC/Mountain West in Football and then add Big East for Hoops. I could see two Football Conferences (South and North/Midwest/West) with 12-16 schools playing playoff format similar to NFL.

Greed is a powerful thing.

Bamford on UConn Changes

Bamford has been chatting with the UCONN A.D.

Liberty should be shunned based on their LGBQ aspects, IMO.

Chatting with UConn's AD, not Liberty's. Your post wasn't clear and based on the direction of this discussion, I don't want to have anyone thing you meant the Liberty AD.

If you want "no part of Liberty" then why did you go the football game with Liberty? Did somebody force you and your friend to attend the game?

and please spare me your virtue signaling politically correct hypocritical BS...

Old Cage you need to lie down, relax and have a cool glass of water before you get too overheated and confused you are clearly losing it and please stop relying on moronic articles to fuel your insanity.

The triple OT win over Liberty last season was a thriller - hilarious that you want to try to make absurd political statements out of a football game. get over your political correct pontificating and try relaxing and having some fun watching a game.. ..

Thought this was interesting and will bold a few. Not sure how much travel cost are in the AAC, but they are 7Mill payout higher* without the TV Media money. The main difference in the G5 money is the performance pool and bowl payouts. This does not include TV Media rights. We'd nearly double our payout as a FB only addition. Even if the conference shared zero Media and CFP they would still give us the 300k APR money. APR 930 or higher is 300k per team in a conference. Teams not earning the APR is penalized and the other conference members divi up the 300k.

Jack - You happy about this? Washingtonpost.com:

Perspective | Inside Liberty University’s ‘culture of fear’
How Jerry Falwell Jr. silences students and professors who reject his pro-Trump politics. A report by alumnus Will E. Young.

Do you believe that this is a "moronic article"?? I will never "relax and have some fun" when we play Liberty. This is way beyond political correctness.

Old Cage: Yes I'm quite happy, thanks for asking. I'm happy that I don't read the moronic propaganda in the washington post now that it has become the media outlet for Jeff Bezos and left wing lunacy. I'm also happy that your personal political opinions and notions of political correctness are not a litmus test that dictates our football scheduling. I'm looking forward to beating Liberty University once again this season...if that offends you then feel free to stay home and read the washington post so that you can get your latest dose of idiocy from Jeff Bezos.

Wapo is propaganda but I suppose in your world view Breitbart and Fox News are legit?

And by the way, as far as being a successful business man goes your boy Trump couldn't hold Jeff Bezos jock.
