He's not complaining or making excuses. Where do you get that?

Back to the possible Fairfield game...

I looked at the Stags home schedule from this past season. They played 12 "home" games.
7 were on campus in their 2479 seat gym. (That's a little larger than Harvard's Lavietes Pavilion.)
5 were down the road in Bridgeport's 9k seat arena, all of which were either conference or low-major non-conf.

We ain't big time anymore, but you'd think an A10 opponent would be good enough for them to try to get us into Bridgeport and not stuffed into that campus gym.

At Bridgeport though you compete for availability with the local AHL team.

We'll see.

Not directed at McCall but I find it increasingly difficult to feel bad for any coaches in regards to the transfer situation. Oh I am sorry your unpaid student athlete wants to play at a different school while you make hundreds of thousands to millions off of them. Boo hoo

The above was from June 9. Does anyone else feel that it is a bit odd that there has been no official announcement from the Athletic Dept. yet?

Nope. Football had coaches changing bios and recruiting before they were officially announced.

For the slow, the mindless, and the puerile, there are pictures of the UMass basketball team working out on Facebook at UMass Basketball.

Puerile, now that's a word not often served up on a sports message board but could pertain to several of its constituents

Nice to see the pics posted on twitter recently. I won't post them all, but Djery is an amazing physical specimen. I really hope that the staff works with him to improve parts of his game.

Here's "Sky High Sy". Not quite Putneyesque, but not bad. It looks like he switched from #10 to #1.

Saw this photo:

Wonder if the jerseys were for a scrimmage. If so it looks like it could have been:

Baptiste
Samba
Pierre
Clergeot
TJ
Kolton

vs.

Tre
Sy
CJ
Santos
Buggs
East

with KTM as Switzerland
