Why Andy Isabella makes more sense for Patriots than Hunter Renfrow: https://weei.radio.com/blogs/ryan-hanna ... nse-hunter

CBS has the Patriots drafting Isabella in round 2, 56th pick overall. I'd say that would be great for both him and the Patriots.

Fingers crossed! That would be perfect.

As much of a homer as I am (both UMass and Pats) this would be a good fit. I can see Andy catching 10 yard slants from Brady and using his speed to turn them into much longer gains. See Tyreek Hill (I hope).

Just saw the last couple of minutes of an NFL Network interview with Andy. No real news - he has no idea who will draft him or what round. The best thing I saw was video of his 11 year old sister feeding him balls from a jugs machine he bought. He pays her $1.00 to feed him 50-100 balls per day. The interviewer (Andrew Siciliano, I think) told him he would have to up her pay once he signed his contract.

Am I reading this correctly? Arizona traded Josh Rosen to Miami for the right to pick Andy Isabella?? Wow. How much more is the minimum salary for being a second round pick?

Congratulations to Andy. Best wishes for a long and HEALTHY NFL career.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Damn, happy for Andy. Selfishly I was hoping he would still be on the board at 64 for BB to pick him.

Greg Landry was #11, Milt Morin was #14 in ‘68 and ‘66 respectively. Don’t know if they will ever see those numbers again.

One nice thing is that when they announce the starting line up for games, assuming he will be starting sometime, they will mention UMass as his school.
