The UMass Athletics Twitter page just announced the extended partnership with Eleven Sports & NESN to broadcast a number of hoops games this year. The games will still also be broadcast on ESPN+ so no worry for the cord cutters. Looks like they picked up every home conference game that wasn't already being carried by another TV outlet.

@JoshMaurerRadio
I can't begin to describe how difficult of a decision it was to leave UMass. It has been 10 wonderful years during which time I've had so much fun and made so many life-long friends. The experience has been all I could have hoped for and more when I was hired in July 2008. (1/3)

It took a little while, but I ended up really liking Josh. I Wish him the best of luck, he did a good job.

and the ACC and Big East aren’t on line 2.
I hope so! Mountain West has historically had some pretty good teams. I feel like the A10 would have more to lose than the MW, right?
My recollection is that, in recent years, it (the MW) has been a cut below the A10. If RPI is still relevant I believe MW gains and A10 loses, overall.

MW is a tough conference travel-wise. Getting into Laramie and Ft. Collins in January can be a real challenge. However, when the teams get to the tourney they seem to have tough sledding against the East Coast teams.
