Big news for the development of UMass' STEM programs. I'm VERY excited.

I don't know anything about this publisher, but it's pretty cool to see Old Chapel get some recognition.

Although I'd point to the notable exclusions of West Point and Boston College.

Great slideshow (if you will)... it has been amazing watching the campus evolve.

Say what you wish about Chancellor Lombardi (Grey Wolves, Hyphen, etc.), but quite a bit of that construction was either secured and/or completed during his tenure. He saw the state of the campus and planned for the future... or he understood that the Commonwealth had quite a bit of bonding ability.

Lombardi will go down as one of the best the campus has ever had. It's a shame he was essentially forced out.

Yes, that's the role he ended up with. We all remember.

He eventually came back to UMass as a history professor.

Lombardi was the best. Not for just building buildings but he gave UMASS an idea of excellence to pursue. He is a true leader. Wish he stayed around longer but that's what happens when you piss off your boss.

This is great news for UMass. There is so much potential here and I'm happy to see the administration trying to capitalize on it.

Great video...goosebumps!
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.
