It's called the money line. Sort of like taking a horse at 6-5 odds.
Actually the money line is your odds of picking the team straight up to win... In this case it looks to be -105, which at that point why not pay the extra 5 to have the security of a push if they lose by 1.
The -110 is called the juice.

Wow! Not a clue what you're talking about. Gambling seems too complicated for my simple mind.

There is no doubt in my mind that is a good thing. On the other hand, having money riding on the game makes it so much more intense (in a good way). As long as you are not betting above your means, of course.

No, I'm not a gambling degenerate but I do have a simple mind, which isn't always a good thing.

Wow. Are there 100 people there? Holy crap!
Is the quality of the stream terrible or is it just me?

Given the size of the crowd, I would say that every fan there is going to be shown by the end of the stream.
These announces are historically bad.
Great counter play handoff to Young!

They can run on them all day! Agree that the announcers suck--muted them.

This seriously might be the smallest crowd I have ever seen at an FBS football game.

FIU- Winning record. Headed to a bowl game. Located in the football-crazy south. No one there. And I'm supposed to believe that when UMass starts winning our attendance will skyrocket?

Skyrocket? No. Get to 17k at McGuirk? Yes. We are not FIU. We're also not Michigan either.
Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades
