Glad he got things worked out. I hope he comes back from injury this year and plays great.
Looking forward to the 2022 UMass Football Season (Oh boy, just jinxed that one)

Very happy to hear about this. Hope he hasn't lost too much athletically due to the injuries, stays healthy and can perform close to his previous level. Go Big Blue!

Cruz confirmed on Twitter on Wednesday night the reduction that will cut his salary from $7.9 million to $1.3 million. His message read: “Once a Giant, always a Giant. See you in September.”
Incentives could bring his salary to $5.5 million.
Here's hoping he makes his incentives.

That's the key...if/when he can demonstrate that he can still perform at his previous level, both Victor and the Jints will be good to go.

Legitimate rumblings about Cruz from Giants' camp as he has missed over a week with a groin strain.

I can't think of one skill position player who has ever successfully returned from a patella tendon tear. It's just an impossible recovery for an athlete who relies on cutting. I'm convinced the groin injuries are related to it. I feel for Vic, at least he got his money.

apparently he went through full pre game warm ups, but didn't play. Hope to see him get in next game... The Giants need him.

Jordan Raanan
ESPN Staff Writer

WR Victor Cruz is will practice Monday. Giants are going to "put him back out there" and see what happens, limit him if necessary.
