2020 Presidential Election

I guess my whole point is why invite more corruption into a system like politics that is already rife with corruption? Everybody in this country can put on their big boy pants (or big girl or big their) and make it out to vote in person every four years, it is not that difficult to make the time if it is important to you. Keep the early in person voting window of a few weeks and make election day a national holiday.

just watching Trump pat his back on operation warp speed; did anyone else notice his hair has gone from orange/blond to grey/white? He either ran out of Just for Men or he has just given up on everything, altogether.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Re: 2020 Presidential Election
Honest question: If Trump and his acolytes continue to push this false narrative that he won the election(see Mcenanys and Pompeo's recent comments), could they be arrested for treason?
Word to your motha!
Re: 2020 Presidential Election
Only if they take any actual action on it. If they're all talk and no action then the worst that will happen will be some of the more intense right wing followers (I'm not saying this is a large population, please don't assume I mean everyone who voted for Trump) could try to take things into their own hands - this is of course a pretty bad "worst case" there, but as it doesn't directly affect Trump he likely won't care about consequences there.PintOGuinness wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 11:17 am Honest question: If Trump and his acolytes continue to push this false narrative that he won the election(see Mcenanys and Pompeo's recent comments), could they be arrested for treason?
If he tries to stay in/refuses to leave the White House after the inauguration then yeah, he can be arrested then. Probably not for treason, but more along the lines of being escorted out and then released pretty quick.

Rudy's downfall, to put that lightly....., has been a sad thing to watch. Oye.
Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades

It is pretty sad. He was awesome post 9/11, couldn't have had a better mayor in charge during that brutally tough period in NYC.

Oh, Rudyyyy you mess. I saw him last year at a whiskey bar in Manhattan. I tapped on the glass, got his attention, and then flipped him off. Ah, life is fun.

That's not very cool for an adult to do.

Don't worry, I didn't say anything to him when I saw him at a cigar lounge another time. Al Sharpton on the other hand, now that man has some powerful energy when he walks into the lounge.Quann wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 4:07 pm^^^inthescoop wrote: ↑Tue Nov 24, 2020 9:41 pm Oh, Rudyyyy you mess.
