I don't see anything wrong with a musket or cannon, but there are some other symbols that might work. The two lanterns from the Revolutionary War. The pine tree from the flag of New England. The Morgan Horse: originated in West Springfield, bred at UMass, used in the Civil War, and the state horse of Massachusetts. Robert Frost also wrote about a Morgan when he lived in Amherst. http://www.bartleby.com/155/12.htmlFightMass19 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 15, 2018 1:55 pmI gave a crack at this not too long ago, and what I found was that minuteman patterns seem to always rely on symbols that are inherently tied to violence (musket, hatchet, etc). The hat is really the only other distinguishing feature I could find. But I do agree that a pattern would be absolutely awesome, especially if they incorporated it onto uniforms. I.e UNC's argyle pattern, Maryland's flag pattern, etc etc.McKinney wrote: ↑Wed Apr 25, 2018 3:58 pm Wow check out what Adidas did for ECU. I'd love to see a minuteman inspired pattern.

Maybe an 18th century pocket watch? ("at a minute's notice"). Or a quill pen.
IDK I'm just throwing stuff out here.
