We are onto the Boston Garden next weekend. First of 4.

Here is the Hockey East schedule - http://www.hockeyeastonline.com/men/schedule/index.php

Obviously, it is unclear until Sunday's games are concluded, who is in and who plays who.

So check in around late Sunday afternoon, 5ish.

Tonight's attendance was 3898. I am sure they enjoyed the game.

UMass actually had the highest attendance of the four hosts. Lowell had 3130, Providence 2142, and Northeastern only drew 1865 tonight.

Hopefully we have a lot of supporters at the Garden. I plan on being there.

UMass will be sending out a detailed release on Monday regarding how to purchase tickets in the UMass section. I'm hoping they do a bus deal for us Western Mass fans who hate driving into Boston. Tickets in the UMass section will be available on Tuesday.

AD says we have the late game. Wait for our notice to buy tickets.

Ugh, why would we be the late game when we're the highest seed?

Because that is the premier game. Which comes last, JV or Varsity?

Highest seed always plays first in virtually every conference tourney ever. It's an advantage to have the extra rest if you make it into the championship game.

Bamford tweeted that they asked for the early game and the league told them no.

It is unfortunate because of the extra rest thing. Also if game 1 goes to OT then it’s gonna be a reallly long night. On the bright side, this is a problem I would have loved to have the last 11 years or so.

Last night's blow out was, dare I say, kind of boring compared to Friday nights nail biter. After going up 6 - 0, the team seemed to concentrate on defense. Not complaining.

Any idea why UNH's goal was disallowed in the 3rd period? Seemed like a goal to me.

Plan on going to the Hockey East tournament.

^ I think they we're focusing on getting Lindberg the shutout as they knew the game was in hand. From what I could tell, they did a review and ruled the play offsides. That would put the faceoff just outside the blue line, which is where it was.

If this were a regular season game I probably would have left with 5 minutes to go in the 3rd period. We stayed until the end to watch the players enjoy the moment.

For sure. I'm not on twitter much but I appreciate Bamford being active on there and keeping the fans/alums informed. With the later start hopefully they can organize a few buses there so the students can go.
