Yup. Not going to increase the number of STH this way. Even when we were at Gillette there were two tiers. Putnam club and lower level. Can’t rely on walk up or single game sales to build the base.umassbaseball wrote: ↑Fri Feb 23, 2024 8:19 am $200 for those seats isn't INSANE, but they really should offer a cheaper option for farther down near the end zone or something. Even ACC schools have much cheaper season ticket options than UMass

Sadly, UMass has not been great with how it treats its STHs.

They emailed us on 2/21... check your spam folder. If it ain't there, might want to call the box office and make sure they have your email correct. I think you can update it through your account on the website as well.TruBluMaroon wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 2:20 pmI have had season tickets for 3 years and I only found out about renewals here

Yikes, that’s not exactly great to hear. They better tighten up this operation.TruBluMaroon wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 4:18 pm ^ Thanks.

Did they have an incorrect email? I’ve had tickets for 25 years and never had them forget or miss sending me renewal information. We have until April to renew.TruBluMaroon wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2024 4:18 pm ^ Thanks.

Re: 2024 Season
Just watched the interview with me OC Montgomery. He seems confident and enthusiastic. His idea to build around the quarterback and skill set of the playmakers is a nice change of pace. A little worrisome though, if the QBs don’t have similar skill sets. Hopefully the scheming would be similar for the two to three deep.
Re: 2024 Season
I renewed. I was on the fence for various reasons but joining a conference and actually having a chance to be competitive for the first time since 2015 is worth the $75 for me.
Last time part of the MAC there was a bonus for season ticket holders where they gave you complimentary tickets to one road game of your choice. IIRC UMass season ticket holders were eligible for that benefit starting the second or third year.I went to a game at BGSU on Columbus Day weekend one of the seasons. I hope that benefit still exists. Even though I’m less likely to go to a road game now than I was 10 years ago $200/7 games is much better deal.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

That would be a nice bonus... would still be a year away, but I wouldn't complain!
We all know why there is an increase this year... we are hosting Missouri and they knew the conference announcement was imminent. It is still a bargain, especially when there should be some resale value for that Missouri game if you can't go or use one of your tickets.

Fightmass said he is going back to Ohio on a very big stage. Seems to indicate Ohio state. I loved KLA here but I'm not sure he's on that level. We have some guys to fill the void I think. Time to move on.

He is heading to OSU. I don’t blame him. No idea why it opened up at this time.TheInsider wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 6:04 pm Fightmass said he is going back to Ohio on a very big stage. Re: 2024 Season
Our QB from last year had knee surgery according to the talk and Q&A coach Brown had this week. Said he is bringing him along slowly as said to do by the doctor that did the surgery.
Re: 2024 Season
Did Brown speak to the exact injury in the knee? Ligament or meniscus damage?
