Hilarious that he’s getting called out for lying about numbers. How is this dude president of teachers union? Hopefully this is the end of his career.

Perfect guy to lead that organization. Nothing but respect for our teachers, my kids have had some great ones over the years but the mass teachers union is an awful organization.

I thought there are two unions representing educators in Mass, the NEA and the AFT; maybe that's changed.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

MTA is a state level organization that is affiliated with the national NEA. AFT is another national level union. Many urban districts affiliate with AFT not NEA.

I'm glad my wife is now a retired teacher.

Putting the fact that they elected Page as their president aside, why are they "an awful organization"? Standing up for workers rights is a bad thing?

There isn't a leftist cause they don't love siding with and pushing. Can't stand that organization.

I’m a dues paying member. Outside of education I can’t think of an issue the MTA has taken a public stance on.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

Be careful. They are releasing the January 6th videos. I hope you didn't smile for the camera!

A lot of people being politely escorted by capitol police through the capitol on video. Quite the insurrection 😛
