Sucks that Merrimack covered.Glad I didn’t bet!

When Merrimack scored first, I was like, here we go again…

When’s the last time UMass won 2 in a row?

Great turnout for Homecoming!

A double digit win is good enough for me, our RBs are very talented.

Did you guys see that Army beat a Top 25 ranked team this week? We really woke them up!

How many times are you going to tell us this? Just wondering.

Not the performance I was hoping for, but I'll take the win. Way too many penalties. They need to learn to keep their composure better and not take dumb personal foul penalties, especially against a team like Merrimack. It's been a problem since we moved up under all our coaches. I'm not sure what the answer is.

Other than Merrimack's first possession, I actually thought the defense played a pretty solid game. The third touchdown was a gaffe, but they'd substituted out the first string, so I'm not overly concerned. I think we finally wore them down in the second half, but the offense sputtered a lot early. Taisun is clearly still not 100%, but he's obviously the best we've got, and I give him a lot of credit for playing well with limited mobility.

It was a really nice day, and it was fun to have a good size crowd.

Ah, no. Home side was about full, which is nice, but no more than 2000 on the far side.

Depends when you looked, Old Cage. Would say about half full at it's peak. Not ever one sits in the stands. There are always a lot of people along the fence, good amount in the Hunt Hospitality Suite and on the Terrace. There are some in the Skybox, guessing around 50 tops. Never been up there so don't know. Also have not been to the south end zone in a few years but there tends to be a far number there and some in the tents. Hey, do you need me to video tape the concessions lines. There is nothing made up about attendance, it's not tickets sold, but tickets scanned.
Go UMass!!
