If this team learns to play sixty minutes of football we might win another couple of games.

Gotta come out with the emotion we had at the end of the game. They jumped out early and we played catch up all game.
Great to see them battle and not quit. Just gotta learn how to win now

Feel like that was stolen from us. Glad DB stuck up for his players at the end of the game - unsportsmanlike conduct penalty or not.

We can fault the slow start or the play in OT but it would be nice to get a break once in a while. The team is playing hard; I can't fault the effort. Teams are getting a big boost knowing they don't have to go against our best QB. Davis and Haston are still miles ahead of what we had at the position last year, but if we had Puma all 5 of these games we're 4-1 or at least 3-2.

Is Puma done for the season?

Ark State beating Southern Miss in he second quarter; basically if we lose to them then it’s 2-10 maybe Merrimack or UConn for that 2nd win. This can’t be happening. NMSU was a fluke??

Nice to see the coaching staff go with Haston and not Olson, absolutely the right decision. If Puma is still hurt next game, I think that we should start Haston.

We lost but at least for the first time in forever we are competitive in every single game. I do believe that the over 2.5 wins bettors will cash that.

Well yeah, just like everyone else, I wish we won that game.

even though it was another loss at least we are talking about how games are won or lossed on a play here and there instead of how pitiful we are. The hardest part for a program is to learn how to make the extra play or two to win the close ones. I think we are on the right track

Haston looked real good out there.

Go back quite a few years when freshman Liam Cohen took over a couple of games into the season. We had some pretty good seasons for his 4 years as our QB. Just Maybe Haston is the second coming of Liam Cohen.

Felt every emotion from despair to elation to OT. All the starter secondary went out, starting QB still out, second string QB went out with injury and the freshman came in. No quit in this team with nice second half adjustments. Another 3rd qtr shout out. Still hurt to lose and now 2 games by a total of 5 points. It's a big corner, but we are making the turn.

After game press conference with Don Brown.

Didn't see the game but New Mex should have and needed to be a win: pitiful G5 flying across the country having played the week before and we lose at home. 2-10 the prior year with one win being a 1AA win. I'm sorry but we have absolutely sucked since Whipple left. Sorry guys but I don't think it matters who is HC of this program. If Puma is done for 2023 then 1-11 or 2-10 (maybe).

If we finish at 1-11 or 2-10 we will suck.
