So far the plays are there.. Koch is missing guys that are open for 1st downs.. offense has to stay on the field

Announcer just said UM needs to figure out a way to get the ball to Taylor Edwards......not too hopeful of that happening, since Taylor Edwards is on the sidelines in shorts......

Best half of football in the Bell era. Defense is physical and playing hard. D-line is dominating FAU. Offense is what is with a true freshman QB and crappy O-line and no decent running backs. Seeing improvement and the game is very watchable--all I ask for each week.

This is the second of three offensive head coaches that don't seem to be very good at what they do.

Edwards won't be catching many passes this week... :D

Defense playing like men, but this team needs a lot of help on offense, as said above. Wondering if we see a new QB during the second half.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

No one anywhere has FAU up only 7-0 at the half. Great half for the D.

Seems defense and offense had different camps this week. The D is more pumped and prepped than I can remember during the last few years. Let the offense feed off and not let defense down. The D is on high octane and needs offense to provide them rest for stretches too.

I don't know how many guys are running routes, but Koch has to learn to look for his second and third options.

I told a buddy that I thought we'd put up a bigger number than the hockey team did, but I fear that I'm going to be wrong here.

^ The long for receivers is 11yards....and I think Johnson is his second and third option....he has caught 8 of 12 completions....

Defense has played great--physical, well coached, future looks good!

I 100% blame this pathetic offense on WALT BELL! Year two and the team doesn't have any QB on the team who is ready to play at the FBS level, no running game at all and the offensive line is fat, slow and not physical at all!

We’re a decade into the FBS transition and there is no improvement. It’s depressing.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

Leave the A-10!
