Awesome! We'd already gone to bed by the time this happened. Great catch and some great cuts in that run to get the TD!Sheck wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2019 11:18 pm That was a great play by Andy!

Andy goes international! Love this tweet:
Isabella Freut mich riesig für Ihn! Hoffentlich führt es zu mehr Snaps wie Du zurecht schreibst. Absoluter Baller mit Speeeed!
(I am very happy for him! Hopefully it will lead to more snaps as you correctly write.)

Re: Isabella!!!
Fell asleep on the couch so I missed this live. Awesome to see the replay. They NEED to play him more... he's a weapon they have not utilized yet.
A group text that I slept through joked about wishing that play hadn't happened so he would get cut and then the Pats sign him. One can dream.

Re: Isabella!!!
The difference between college and the NFL, at UMass nobody would have been within 5 yards of him as he reached the endzone. A couple of players were gaining on him last night and I thought he might get caught but I'm thrilled that he made it. UMass got some props on Good Morning Football when they showed the clip. One of the guys even mentioned Dana Dingle.

Being awake through evening games is one of the benefits of living 3 time zones west.Rolling Ridge wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 7:30 amAwesome! We'd already gone to bed by the time this happened. Re: Isabella!!!
Fantastic! Glad he had enough gas in the tank to make it into the end zone.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Re: Isabella!!!
I'd hope so.. it's not like he played a ton!
It's amazing how little they have utilized him.

Re: Isabella!!!
Just talked to my son in Vegas and although he was rooting for Isabella his TD catch and run cost him $ 30.

Good sortable stats at this link.
Isabella finished with 204 total yards. 15 yards on 4 rushes, 189 yards on 9 receptions (13 targets). One touchdown on the 88 yard catch we documented here.

Re: Isabella!!!
I hope they trade him to a team that will use him. Very disappointing season IMO.
Re: Isabella!!!
He would have caught 50 balls easy with the pats current receiving corps.

He’s the type of guy that is built for a McDaniels offense though. A lot of vertical seam routes like Amendola used to do.

Re: Isabella!!!
Yes, but he has to catch the ball. He seemed to have trouble adjusting to the speed/strength of throws. He will put in the work and figure out how to do it. He did it before when he converted from RB to WR at UMass.
