Game 3: ODU

Post by Cahoonaville » Mon Sep 04, 2017 10:30 am

Saturday at 3:30....Students back, really doesn't matter though. I will be there....not for Whipple.....but to support UMass. Hopefully some of you will show as well even if the season has been nothing short of a disaster so far...

using reverse psychology.. I do wonder if the hammer is dropped if they get beat handily. I think ODU is down from last year and think we win if Breneman plays.

If you anything about the AD you know he doesn't fire during the season, he waits until it's over to evaluate! He's said this numerous times and has done it this way several times(ie: hockey,m&w bb just to name a few).

The AD's father and Whip go back a long way so he'll do everything in his power to respect that plus I'm pretty sure Whip will resign at season's end barring a miracle finish!

Instead of focusing on the dumpster fire known as UMass football, AD Bamford is tweeting about a tough football loss for G'tech last night! You kidding me? Worry about your own problems here Bamford....YOU ARE NOT AT G'TECH ANYMORE!!!!!

What do you want him to tweet instead? It was a full day later. Who cares.

Everyone in the world knows UMass Football is a dumpster fire right now - you don't need the AD confirming that on social media. Good luck getting a coach to come in after that happens.

UMass 31 - ODU 21

The players rally around Whip.

-- Dreaming Part --------

The administrations tells us fans they are not going to jerk us around anymore and fast track the IPF for next year.
Recruiting picks up and we are now all drinking from the same kool-aid. We all believe and confident. There is no doubt, believers win 50-50 games.

We need the administration stop doing football on the cheap and fast track the IPF, which can be sold on all sports and intramural.
Yes AD Ryan Bamford has talked about it and is probably politically needed to gain the need support/funding. It needs to be fast tracked and sell the naming rights while you are at it. The IPF construction will lift the whole program into believers.

ODU is currently a four-point favorite.
