Will low ball it with 3 wins, since they have not shown me the team knows how to win. Think more is possible. Beating Hawaii would certainly help start changing this perception.

The program is not going to fold.it shouldn't either. A new leader is needed for sure. I have no idea why or how the fire or passion has disappeared (maybe was never there?) with these payers. Liam Coen seems to be a missing piece. His leaving the offensive coaching "team" seems to have had a negative impact, IMO.

I'm certain that barring a miraculous turnaround(more than 3-4 wins) Whip will go out peacefully and retire so the "Fire Whip" people can stop complaining and you know Bamford won't do anything until the season is over but I'm sure he's looking as I speak!
