Tajae
Re: Tajae
Football Outsiders is a highly respected website, and they wrote about how Tajae Sharpe may be primed for a historic rookie season for a low-round pick:

Tajae getting more national recognition. Here is a snippet on SI.com this week. Scroll down to the end, and there's even a picture of him trying to break a tackle:

Re: Tajae
Tajae named as the "deep sleeper" of the year for one CBS Sports fantasy football expert:

I'm not sure why more people on the board aren't fired up about the attention that Tajae is getting. If I'm being honest, I'm much more excited about whether he can have a breakout year in the NFL than I am about watching another 3-9 season (or worse) from the current squad, starting tomorrow night.
And this is coming from a guy making the out-of-state trip up to Foxboro next weekend.

Re: Tajae
^ I think that there are many here, myself included, who do not care so much about the NFL, maybe other than the Pats. If it's happening outside of I-495, is it really happening?
That said, I've read all that I find about Tajae, and hope he has a great year. And, I watched maybe ten minutes of the Pats last night and I was pleased to see that Victor was on the field.

Re: Tajae
I think most of us expected this from Tajae, so the attention he is getting doesn't surprise us. I would not have expected anything less. He is a phenomenal receiver. We were lucky we got to see him play for UMass. I wish we could have given him some more help and won some more games, he deserved it.MikeEsq wrote:Tajae named as the "deep sleeper" of the year for one CBS Sports fantasy football expert:

Looking forward to the 2022 UMass Football Season (Oh boy, just jinxed that one)

Re: Tajae
I took a trip down to Atlantic City earlier in the week, and had Sirius-XM's Fantasy Sports channel on for most of the drive. One of the commercials (that must've aired 30 times in the 10 hours I was in the car round-trip) states "Tajai Sharpe is this year's big sleeper - 80 catches, 1000 yards, and 6 TD's are easily within reach for him". He's getting a lot of attention in the fantasy football world.
