You know nothing about him. He's one of the best guys you'll ever meet that does a ton of good off the field.

If it makes you feel any better, you now annoy me.

Well, Shades, I've annoyed you but I've never posted anything quite that stupid. I admit, Inhedigbo saying "zoomass" annoyed me but I can't believe anyone is taking this seriously. Have you zero idea, Blindspots, of what goes on in those piles? Also, inb the longest pile there isn't enough time for choking someone to have any measurable impact unless the person you are choking has emphysema.

We've annoyed each other....and we both know that James Ihedigbo was a great Minuteman, a solid ambassador for UMass and a good dude.

this is roger goodell's new sissy NFL. Digs & little got into some normal handfighting and scrapping. Digs had his hands on him for maybe 8 seconds... much worse things happen all the time in the NFL. I saw Gronk go after digs and intentionally kneel on Digs injured knee - no call of course.... its football. greg little is a wuss.

There seems to be a theme emerging here. It seems that both Jack and IV like to think about dudes in panties. Hey, no judgment. Just a bit unexpected perhaps.

His sister beat up on him for zoomass, and I bet she will handle this latest as well. :)

Interesting game for James yesterday. Got his first two career interceptions. Then tipped the "pinball" hail mary pass to the Bengal's receiver. Then made a key fourth down stop in OT to get the ball to the Ravens for the game-winning drive.

^ And, of course, only the tip got national play today, with his name being pronounced 37 different ways.

from FoxSports:

Past relationships help when it comes to signing free agents. Coaches like to know what type of player they're getting in the locker room as well as on the field.

That's one reason the Lions are expected to sign free-agent safety James Ihedigbo. Teryl Austin, the Lions' new defensive coordinator, was Ihedigbo's position coach last season with the Baltimore Ravens.
