The Mantis will be a huge hit over there. Maybe he'll meet a nice Italian girl who cooks him some nice macaroni & sauce and he'll put on a few lbs

Putney to Tberg for the lob slam dunk. Well, maybe the other way around. :) it would be cool if they ended up on the same team.

Holdddd upp, Putney and T-Berg on the same team?! That's so awesome... I don't think Berg will be a starter as it says but Putney will light it up. Also Alek Czyz, who played at Nevada and started his collegiate career at Duke, not a bad team, hope they do well.

5 points and 4 rebounds in a loss, followed by 21 points and 8 rebounds in a win against Tu Holloway's team.
No sign of TBerg on the active roster.

Put is playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves summer league team, first game is tonight at 6:30. I think it's on ESPN3

^ Putney has the right combination of height, athletic ability and skill set (three pointers and slam dunks) (strength for an inside game lacking) to keep getting look-sees. He will probably follow up his performance with a 7-for-10 three-point night along with a couple of jams. But the inconsistency has been his M.O. back to his UMass days.

Still wishing him the best. Keep chasing the dream until it dies.

Averaging 3 PPG on a truly impressive 13.6% FG percentage, along with 5.3 RPG in 14 MPG. Probably not the statement he was looking to make.

RP played for two teams yesterday! T-Wolves first with bad stats, then sent across the street to play for the Suns with much better results: 7 points, 7 rebounds and a couple of blocks in 18 minutes. Nice story on ESPN about his day.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

He did a lot better last year when he was "Pootney". :D
