Wow that looked really bad by Cohen, he cares more about fouling out than helping the team win, Venning should have went to the foul line immediately there

Can’t beat the top teams in the conference and lose to teams below you in the standings

Sloppy lack of fundamentals. You got four guys around the basket and the opposing player waltzes in for the board.

Can't cry about an empty arena when you blow the game when people finally show up. I drive 3.5 hours both ways a handful of times every season to watch UMass but if you don't care as much as I do it's hard to blame you for not going when they constantly let us down. So god damn frustrating. We are cursed.

It is frustrating that UMASS can never beat these guys.

Seem to be able to beat the top teams in conference, but not the teams below us. Weird.

It’s true - the Bonnies are tough, Schmidt owns us

Welp, glad I wasn’t able to watch that one.

I like this team quite a bit and they are a good team and have been a bit better than I expected, but fuck after the VCU game, multiple people online posted that “we are the team nobody wants to play in the tournament” — and that just makes me shake my head. If the game is close, we shit our pants. That’s exactly the kind of team I would want to play.

Without watching the game, it seems like: too many turnovers in the first half. Too many missed free throws. Terrible first seven minutes of the second half. Three point shooting reverted back to form in second half. Good job to battle back only to shit the pants in the final three and a half minutes. Not sure how accurate that is without watching, but that’s what I see.

For a team that everyone says is tough, we do not play tough if a game is close. Even the close games we won (Mason, Rhody) we tried to give away. The Bonnies are clearly a tougher team than we are.

Really disappointing. Big picture, I am happy with this team and the direction of the program, but their inability to perform in tight games (that’s on everyone) and inability to build any lasting momentum on a game-to-game basis is really frustrating.

Not going to comment on individual players since I didn’t watch.

Another fucking stub of the toe when we had a chance to really take a step forward.

You pretty much summed it up. Cohen’s foul trouble was the other big factor.

Well, they didn't play very good and with 3 minutes left, were tied. We struggle against big interior players, but Cohen got called for a couple cheap ones, and Venning should have fouled out of that game. That little fucking ref sucks. He likes to call shit that changes lineups. He's fucking talking to Schmidt across the court, on opposite ends during free throws. He was fucking horrible today

7019 in there today, but Jesus people, when you go to the games, sit down for longer than 1-2 minutes. Fucking people up and down , standing in the aisles, taking fucking pictures during the game. Ridiculous

Saw the last 4:30 minutes as needed to help my daughter. Thought the crowd was GREAT! 7,016 announced during the ending. IDK, like to say we lost some close games because of playing so many under clasmen and perhaps, need to give the Bonnies some credit. UMass did not loss this game, the Bonnies earned it. Flowers at the end was the difference. Man, the offensive rebounds etc. Since it's been so long since we ever won the A10 tourney not real optimistic. Not saying they can't do it but more thinking about getting back to the NIT and doing some damage to Las Vegas and would be a great accomplishment. Ya, Madison Garen would be better for us fans, but making it to the NIT Final 4. Would be thrilled!
Go UMass!!

subbing Curry for Jayden with 2 minutes and Bonnies with the ball down 2 was the turning point - Bonnies got 4 offensive rebounds and a dagger 3! that was an awful substitution

I for one used to love the days where we'd stand throughout the whole game! I want that place like it was today and I'll look around someone during the 30 seconds it takes to take a picture.
