Billy's Bangers pull it off. They're going to be a tough out if we get to play them. Remember St. Joe's was the top team in the A10 going into conference play.

St. Joe’s played with serious, serious confidence. That was impressive. The performance by Johnson was almost spooky. Let’s go Minutemen. Do the same.

The Hawk will be playing their third straight day. I like that.

Look loose and ready in shoot around. Subtle things happening, but they have each other’s backs. I like that. Team.

Maybe Duquense wins it and Dayton and VCU get in... then we are next for A10 to get NIT :D

There is a lot of parity in the A10. It has been this way. Top six to eight teams can beat each other on any night.

Frank gave us an excellent product this year. He developed the hell out of Keon and Rahsool. We pulled twenty wins with mostly freshmen to back up Cross and company. Our starting center was from a low major conference.

This season is huge progress. So much hangs on retention. Could really use an NIT bit. Not sure how asking them to play in the CBI would affect retention. I'm sure we would get an invite. It's very complicated.

We will know more next week.

Some think the double bye = extra rest thus an advantage.

It seems to me that these long in-season breaks are not so great . Teams tend to lose their timing/competitive edge.

UMass played that way yesterday imo. By the time they shook off the rust of inactivity it was too late.

^ Totally, LS. I was wrong on that one (what else is new). I thought this team would benefit from the rest with Keon and Davis missing the last game, and the beatings Cross and Cohen took throughout the season. Clearly they were rusty and couldn't match VCU for the first half.

Massive bummer, but it doesn't change how enjoyable this season was for me, and we lost to a darn good VCU team, not Duquesne like Dayton did. Woof, I wonder how their fan base is feeling. They're only 5-4 in their last 9 heading into selection Sunday. Looking like paper tigers.

^100% Despite the loss this team made the season very enjoyable!

All 4 of yesterday’s games were upsets. So it goes….

I’m setting the bar high for next season….love to see them leave the A-10 as regular season AND tournament champs! 8)

It does make me happy that 3 of 4 long-time teams from A10 remain in the semifinals and I hope that St Joes eviscerates VCU. I think Duquesne will win it all since they started 0-5, they have been the best team quietly in the A10. To me. Dayton was always a fraud as they were not as good as they were last year when they had Camara who is now in the NBA. That being said. Dayton will get a touney bid since they were left out after truly deserving a bid last year. Richmond screwed itself with a ncaa bid with a loss. Richmond Joes, Bonnie’s, VcU and Loyola will be competing for 1-2 Nit bids. In the old days. All of these teams would have made the NIT but most of the slots are now reserved for 500 teams from the power conferences because they unfairly play in a better conference and deserve to have a bid with a losing in conference record.

VCU always was the team I didn't want to play. Super athletic, bigger perimeter guys, and streaky enough to blow anyone out. Richmond didn't really impress me.

The parity in the league was excellent tho, every game was a battle. Will miss the A10 and its big east coast markets
