So did we ever find out why the whole UMass thing really didn’t work out for Sawyer?

Nope
All we heard was family issues. The fact that he ended up at a transitioning team from the ASUN is perplexing. All his offers initially were MAAC, MAC, CAA etc.

Think Brian Steele coached at Queens at one point. Probably has a connection to them. Also believe we're recruiting a guy from there now.

We were looking at McKee from Queens, but he committed to Milwaukee.
