I too hope MM is the right guy for the job, but until I see some adjustments and attention to detail on the court, my doubts far outweigh any hope at the moment. With a young team and low expectations, why not focus on the fundamentals now, and build once those have improved? The best teachers/coaches are not the ones with the highest IQ, but the ones who can break it down for all players to understand.

McCall has definitely made a lot of adjustments already. Just this season he's made several lineup changes, and several changes to the defense.

I’m looking for adjustments that show prolonged growth...maybe avoid the layup line defense as well. and maybe a better feel for a subbing pattern.

There’s a difference between correct adjustments and adjustments out of desperation. Where would you rank his adjustments at the moment?

Not sure how to rank such a thing, but overall I think he's done relatively well with his adjustments, and I can appreciate his willingness to adjust, even if every adjustment doesn't end up working.
