Did he?? Is it still being pushed that theres a feud between MM and TB?? MM doesn't strike me as the type A guy like TB. Seems like they would get along. If MM hates him so much why does he let him speak in front of the Court Club before games??

did not notice that all? I saw him very active with the guys after timeouts and saw him laughing in locker room after game (Twitter post of post game celebration)

He's a coach... is he supposed to be smiling and joking around all game? Yikes.

He looked serious but I wouldn’t characterize him as looking miserable. It was an intense game...maybe that look was focus and not misery.

I think he's just an intense dude - you might be interpreting a serious look as miserable?

Agree with MJatUM. Tony is very intense and he doesn't smile a lot during games. But get him in front of a crowd and he loves talking BB.

69MG wrote: Wed Feb 19, 2020 9:37 am Here's a serious question. When was the last time we saw this team playing better at the end of the conference schedule than at the beginning? Starting with Duquesne, we have played well in 6 games and only had 1 clunker (Davidson). Now we just have to learn from yesterday on how to close out games.
Just did a quick search and here is how they finished in the last 10 games each year:

09/10 4-6
10/11 2-8
11/12 5-5
12/13 5-5
13/14 6-4
14/15 4-6
15/16 5-5
16/17 3-7
17/18 3-7
18/19 3-7
19/20 2-3 with 5 games left...

If they get to 5-5 I will be extremely happy. That means they took care of business against LaSalle and Fordham and stole a game against URI, Richmond or VCU. They play URI well at home and VCU has been scuffling so you never know.

^ I'll be happy if they win 2 more and avoid more than 1 blowout loss.

Losing TJ & Chatman, playing the two best teams in the A10 twice (and playing the two worst teams 1x), 7-11 in conference is something to be happy with.

FWIW, the only other team in the A10, besides UMass, that has to play both Dayton & URI twice, is VCU.
