Re: Game 15, 2019-20: La Salle (1/08)
Just play smart, limit the turnovers, and value the ball. We have the talent to win

Saul Phiri is still on the team.... seems like he's been there forever. He's a Mass kid and he always brings his best game against us. He put up 20 (season high) and 14 on us in the 2 games last year, while averaging 11 for the season.
Looking back on his career stats, he's exceeded his season scoring average against us in 6 of 7 career games. Only time he fell short was the A10 tourney 2 years ago. He's only averaging 8 this year with a season high 14 against South Alabama. Hasn't put up double digits since 12/7. Hopefully the single digit streak continues tonight.

I expect us to win...I will not be surprised at all if we lose...I expect a tiny turnout at the Mullins Center, maybe 1,500.

I expect us to win convincingly. That will happen if we play at the level we have played the last four games.

Mentioned by Capezona in his player thread, but we're on 1000 point watch tonight. Carl needs 14.
Scratch that, he just got a bucket, 12 to go.

I know it’s only his third game, and I’m sure he will improve, but so far I have seen nothing from Walker that shows me he is going to be a difference maker on this team.

Sean East is fantastic, but he can be too loose with the ball.
Kolton Mitchell seems to steady the pg position. He looks like a tough, strong, smart player. Speaking of, I miss John Buggs.

Add another 3 for Pierre. 1 to go.
Strike that one as well, what a way to get 1000 for the Captain!

Did Coach just say the defense that half was "good?"
They need to play better defense.

I like Sean East and think he’s gonna be a real good four year guy for us but he’s turning it over a shit ton — almost four a game over the last 8 games. One of things I initially liked about him was his lack of turning it over.

Baptiste needs to learn to dunk the ball. He is horrible around the rim. At 6'11" should be able to rock it home

Hope they win. No longer satisfied with moral victories.
