Over 2 hours for you to make that comment. I figured it would have been done in under an hour.

If you haven't seen them, here are the "meet the player" clips for Keon, Samba and Sy. Almost more info than I can handle. :D

Twitter is wide open so everyone should be able to access those clips, but they are also on the UMass Basketball pages on Facebook and Instagram if those are your preferred platforms.

There are 4 total player profiles thus far, plus interviews with the new assistants.

Coach McCall did come and stop by the fan tailgate yesterday. He was very engaging, took a lot of photos with fans, and spent some good time hanging out. It was not just a quick stop off. Bamford and several other athletic department figures also came by.. really nice to see as this was not a collection of big donors but more so a collection of fans that just love the UMass programs..

Samba (living in NJ) also stopped by for a bit to say hi to the fans.

One thing everyone always loved about Cal, aside from his work ethic and success, was he always looked like he was having fun and enjoying it. That relates a ton to fans and student body. After all, it is college sports, and is supposed to be a fun outlet for people. Glad to see Coach McCall engaged with fans/students, and I'm sure it'll get more enjoyable for him as well, as he progresses in his career. I think he's a good guy that wants to succeed here

I remember standing in line outside the Cage and Cal came out and shook people’s hands. Made a lasting impression.

When I was an undergrad (around the end of Cal's Memphis days) I was walking to the Worcester dining common and randomly bumped into Calipari walking out. I wasn't really a fan of the basketball team at this point, but I said something like "hey your John Calipari" and stuck out my hand. He gave me a handshake, a hello, and a smile. He seemed more than happy to say hello to a random student.

This seems to be a complete schedule (some with TV info), but there are only times for a few games. Guess times will roll in as we go along; would be nice to have sooner rather than later.

^ According to the schedule the game at St. Bonaventure will be played at Rochester, not Olean.

Tough schedule this year, IMO. That stretch from Mogegan-Yale is going to be brutal.
