OOC team tournaments:

NCAA: (2) Nevada, Fairleigh Dickinson
NIT: (2) Harvard, Providence
CBI: (1) Howard
CIT: (1) Quinnipiac
6 total

Recent past years:
2017-18 - 2,2,0,1 (5 total)
2016-17 - 1,2,0,1 (4 total)
2015-16 - 2,1,0,1 (4 total)

This doesn't say much because the sample size is so small. I'm on vacation and didn't bring my flash drive. I suspect these are low numbers compared to previous years. Although prior to 2007 (CBI) and 2009 (CIT) we only had two tournaments. And now the NCAA allows 68 teams instead of 64. So the chances nowadays to make a tournament are great - like football making a bowl game. Pretty much just need a better than .500 season.

^ You omitted Temple in the NCAA. 7 of UMass' 13 OOC opponents play on.

^ Missed Temple. Thanks. Maybe in my heart they're still in the A10.

Forgot to mention that Quinnipiac is in the CIT tournament. I didn't know that the CIT is for mid, and I would say, low majors only. Discovered that the CBI tournament has a $50,000 entry fee.

Temple's last game for Fran Dunphy. Aaron McKie is taking over. Remember him?

FWIW, Nevada has eight Div. 1 transfers amongst it's 13 scholarships. I guess it works if you get the right transfers.
