^ Thx for the update mla
Kind of shows that there was a lot of separation amongst the tribe last year.

Looks like UMass still in the mix for Nelson.. one of 4 schools getting a home visit with him. Seton Hall, Dayton, & Minnesota the other 3.

With today Being the 1st day college coaches could go out and the UMass team going to be at the football game I was surprised that no one from the staff was at Macduffie today since that would've been easy to get back for Football (maybe on MM was at the football game idk) since Macduffie has a minimum of 5 underclassmen that are at least A10 level, besides the 2 seniors who already committed to URI and Stony Brook.

McCall was at the football game. He made a mistake just like 9,000 others (including me) :|

Team at the football game with the recruit. They look in very good shape, and all wearing matching outfits. Really look like a team.
With the matching outfits you referenced, their is NO WAY you could tell what shape they were in, but I appreciate the enthusiasm!!

^ meant more based off their faces (where I think you can see weight loss pretty accurately) they were all hanging out next to where I was waiting in line to get into the stadium. So were within a foot or two and could def notice weight loss, not exactly very good shape. But in my defense I typed that after a little bit of time tailgating :)

^ More of a note of outfits that did not appear to have any element of form in either the top or bottom, or even the handy-dandy matching backbacks they all had and wore for some reason!!

Higgs will choose from his final 7: Ole Miss, Colorado, Xavier, St. Joe, Towson, Tulsa, UMass.
247 says Ole Miss is the favorite. He is a similar player to Diallo so I would prefer a PG or a big for our last scholarship.

^ As you said, I think Ole Miss is the favorite for Higgs and Dayton seems to be the favorite for Anthony Nelson.

UMass will add a PG, I am convinced of that. I think they're also looking to add a 3rd player in this class, it just remains to be seen if they'll overcommit in the early period, or wait until the late period after someone transfers out.

Any word on how Tre's visit went? If I read it correctly, his final 4 are UMass, VCU, Towson and GMU. It may come down to whether he wants to say close to home (DC area) or not.

I'm probably reading way too much into this, but a "good visit" doesn't sound encouraging to me.

I think you're reading too much into it... It didn't seem like Jarreau and Gresham had a great trip immediately following either and then when they committed they said the trip was excellent.

Being 1 of 4 with in home visits scheduled for Anthony Nelson is promising. Seems to have come out of no where considering how little we've heard about UMass recruiting him, possibly indicating McCall and company are playing this one close to the vest.

This was more or less the nugget that I didn't want to put out there about two weeks ago. UMass is still very much involved with Anthony Nelson.
